This is a UV curable Inkjet Ink for vast range of flexible, semi-flexible & rigid substrates. Digio UV series gives excellent print quality with high surface hardness & excellent durability & scratch resistance and prodigious covering power that can hide media surface blemishes. UV inks remain liquid until exposed to curing UV light, therefore avoiding problems of print head blockage & machine down time. UV inks are the best ecological choice of inks with no harmful fumes or VOC’s, They provide fast print rates & fast curing times that make UV printing a better choice than traditional Screen Printing

Curing Information:
Actual cure dose will depend on ink thickness, substrate, and the UV curing lamps. 200mJ/cmP2P is a typical dose required with an un-doped medium pressure mercury lamp, when curing an 8~15 micron thick layer. Please contact us for further detailed information.
